Background

The Pathfinders are one of the most important guilds in the Valley.  It is they who keep the lines of communication open between the Valley and adventurers in the field. Often working alone or in small groups Pathfinders must rely on their wits, skill and swiftness to avoid trouble that larger groups may blunder into. Pathfinders are trained in a variety of scouting skills and the specialisations of individual Pathfinders varies enormously.

Requirements to Join

Potential Pathfinders will have already demonstrated their ability to scout ahead of the main adventuring group.

These skills are available to Guildmembers at normal use of character points but do not require specific expenditure of Status:

• Trap Handling

Status Skills Ranks 20 - 63

These skills are available to all Guildmembers at normal use of character points and the expenditure of one point of status.

Note that the spending of one status point allows your character to learn all of the Discern Potion skills. Character points must still be spent on them however.
