The Lords and Congress of the Valley

The ruling council of Lords are responsible for running their sectors and proposing business for the Valley as a whole.  Once they have decided on a course of action questions may be posed to the congress of Guildleaders for ratification via a majority vote.

The Congress

The congress are responsible for running their guild (although much of the administration is taken up by senior instructors) as well as representing their guild members in voting on proposals made by the Sector Lords in order to govern policy. It is within the power of the Guildleaders to move their Guild to any sector provided the Lord of that sector agrees.
