A celebration event of LARP players taking place at Moorside Grange Hotel, on 25th to 27th February 2011

This event is a social event aimed at LARPER’s and friends, giving us a chance to meet up, socialise and think about the year to come.

It is suitable for all and we will be marking the 25th Year of Heroquest and the 4th Year of Herofest.

The banquet itself takes place on Saturday night but we have been able to negotiate a great two night package with the hotel. The Weekender includes

• Two nights Bed and Breakfast (Friday and Saturday) based on 2 people sharing a double or twin room
• Friday Supper
• Saturday Lunch
• A three course Banquet and all the entertainment. (We have booked the Golden Apple!)

Prices

For bookings received before 23rd December 2010 the cost is only £100 per person (payments must be received in full)

After the 23rd December but before 28th January 2011 the price rises to £110 per person

Bookings made between 28th January and 18th February the cost rises to £120 per person.

If you live nearby and want to attend the banquet only the cost is £35.

Event Details

Friday night will be an open board games and card games night so bring a game you want to share with others, During the day on Saturday there will be several LARP traders for you to peruse and buy some gifts for the start of the LARP season. During your stay you will be able to use the Hotels facilities and there will be a pay bar throughout

This event will count towards your event's attended quantities, as long as you have a current membership scheme, and for those of you who have used up all your events, but are still under the membership scheme, you will be able to get this event for £100.

This will be a player only event. As a 25 year gift from us any Heroquest player who signs up to play on this website will get 40 free points to give to any character they choose.
